Step 1- Submit request
via E-mail / Walk in/ Phone / Test Request Form
Step 2 - Receive quotation
A quotation will be issued within 3 days of receipt of request/final technical discussion, with quotation and turnaround time.
Step 3 - Sample handling
Sample received by the curator via courier, hand delivery, reviewed and accepted/rejected within 1 working day.
Step 4 - Test execution & data processing
Test request reviewed and executed by technical team along with recording and data processing.
Step 5 - Report generation
Data and QC parameters verified, final report shared with the customer as per mutually agreed turnaround time; along with technical & scientific support, as required.
