The policy of the Bhavan’s Research Center is to provide services of high-quality standards by adhering to the following principles:
- Good professional practice by all personnel associated with the laboratory and deliver best quality of testing services to the customers.
- The management provides financial and other necessary resources, enabling BRC to meet the quality requirements of its testing services and customer commitments complying with recognized standards.
- The management is always supportive in maintaining and continuously achieving high levels of scientific and technical competence among the personnel by encouraging their continuous growth.
- All laboratory personnel concerned with testing activities are required to familiarize themselves with the quality system documentation, comply with the policies and to apply the procedures included within.
- All changes that occur within the Quality Management System are implemented in a way that integrity and continuous compliance with the principles laid out in the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards are maintained.
- All testing activities are conducted in an impartial manner, with total confidentiality, ensuring consistent operations in all laboratory activities on an ongoing basis.
